Questions
- What counts as a “product identity”?
- One unique, verifiable code for a single saleable unit (a tin, a pack, a bottle). The monthly figure is how many you can create per billing period.
- How much does it add per unit?
- Use the calculator above — for typical formula, pharma or premium packs it's a fraction of a percent of the item's price. Past about a million units a month, the per-unit cost is basically the overage rate.
- Can I pay in my local currency?
- Yes. Prices are quoted in USD; at checkout you're billed in your local currency, with the rate frozen for your subscription. The calculator lets you preview any currency.
- What happens if I exceed my plan?
- Paid plans allow overage — you're billed a small per-1,000 rate beyond your monthly allowance, so you're never blocked. Starter is a hard cap for piloting.
- Do consumers need an app to verify?
- No. Verification works in any modern phone browser — they just point the camera at the code.
